A single room usually takes 4 to 6 weeks from design sign-off to handover. A full 2BHK or 3BHK home takes 10 to 16 weeks. Where your project lands in that range depends on scope, material choices and how quickly decisions get made.
Stage 1: Understanding the home
Every project starts with a conversation about how your family uses the space, what isn't working today and what you'd like it to feel like. We visit the site, take measurements and talk through budget.
Within 24 hours of getting your requirements, you receive an all-inclusive quotation, so you know the full cost before design work begins.
Stage 2: Design and drawings
Next come realistic 3D views of each room and the 2D working drawings the site team builds from. These cover the layout, false ceiling, electrical points, wall elevations and a material schedule.
This stage moves as fast as feedback does. Clients who review views promptly and settle material choices during a guided material visit shorten the whole timeline.
Stage 3: Execution on site
Once drawings are approved, a project engineer takes over on site. Work runs roughly in this order, with quality checks at each step:
- Civil changes, plumbing and electrical conduiting
- False ceiling and wall preparation
- Carpentry, modular kitchen and wardrobes
- Painting, polish and finishes
- Lights, fittings, soft furnishings and final cleaning
What slows a project down
Most delays come from a few predictable sources. Knowing them in advance helps you avoid them.
- Changing layouts or materials after execution has started
- Imported or made-to-order materials with long lead times
- Society rules that limit working hours or noisy work
- Structural surprises found once old finishes are removed
How you stay informed
Before work begins you receive a milestone-based timeline, and payments are tied to those milestones. You're consulted at key decision points without having to chase vendors or contractors yourself.
